Fiorentina have signed French midfielder Arthur Atta from Udinese in a club-record deal reportedly worth €30 million plus a 30% sell-on clause. The 22-year-old has signed a five-year contract after an impressive season in Serie A, where he contributed five goals and four assists.

AC Milan have signed defender Mario Gila from Lazio for an initial €25 million plus up to €5 million in add-ons, with Real Madrid receiving 50% of the transfer fee due to a sell-on clause. The 25-year-old has signed a five-year contract, and chose Milan over interest from several Serie A rivals.

Atalanta have signed midfielder Gianluca Gaetano from Cagliari in a deal reportedly worth around €14 million. The 26-year-old arrives after making 33 Serie A appearances last season and is expected to replace Ederson, who is close to joining Manchester United. Gaetano, a Napoli academy graduate with 93 Serie A appearances, joins Atalanta as the club begins its first season under new manager Maurizio Sarri.

AC Milan have completed the signing of Portugal striker Goncalo Ramos from Paris Saint-Germain for a reported club-record fee of more than €70 million. The 25-year-old has signed a contract until 2031 after scoring 45 goals in three seasons with PSG. Ramos becomes the first major signing under new manager Ruben Amorim as Milan look to rebuild after missing out on Champions League qualification.

Parma has completed the permanent signing of American midfielder Benjamin Cremaschi from Inter Miami for a reported €4 million plus performance-based add-ons after triggering the purchase option in his loan agreement. The 20-year-old made nine Serie A appearances during his loan spell, which was disrupted by injuries.

Nicolo Zaniolo has joined Udinese on a permanent transfer after the club activated its purchase option from Galatasaray. The 26-year-old midfielder, who spent last season on loan with Udinese, signed a three-year contract. Reports indicate Udinese will pay €5 million for the deal, while Galatasaray retain a 50% sell-on clause.

Rasmus Hojlund has completed a permanent move from Manchester United to Napoli after a successful season-long loan spell. The transfer is worth approximately £43.2 million, including the original loan fee, significantly less than the £72 million United paid for him in 2023. Hojlund played a key role under coach Antonio Conte, scoring 16 goals and providing eight assists in 44 appearances as Napoli won the Supercoppa Italiana, finished second in Serie A, and qualified for the Champions League.
